Production Company seeking an energetic Production Coordinator. This is a full-time, in-house position. There will be some travel and weekends required. The contract position is 6 months to start, with hopes to extend long-term. The rate is DOE. We’re looking for someone who can help organize, compile, execute, and manage information and communications between the field and office. Additionally, the Production Coordinator will interface heavily with the field team and crew, including Producer, Director, Crew, and Talent.

Responsibilities include:

-Prep and wrap shoots for Long Form and Short Form commercials.
-Working in office and in field as needed
-Build schedules and manage multiple Production calendars.
-Ability to work w/ various vendors and manage relationships w/ them
-Archiving paperwork from field, including releases, deal memos, invoices, petty cash and spending reports, production agreements, and all necessary production paperwork
-Will be a point of contact for talent, crew and field logistics
-Booking and coordinating travel, hotels, car rentals, flights, etc. for crew and talent
-Pull any needed city permits and generate certificates of insurance.
-Purchase Production supplies and manage any rental pickups/returns.
-Call Sheets/Schedules/Production Reports/Etc.
-Reconciling Petty Cash and Credit Cards
-Hiring and managing local Production Assistants
-Taking care of Production Office craft service
-Being a kind Human

Experience / Skills


-3+ years of recent and relevant work experience.
-Experience working in a Mac only environment.
MUST know Dropbox, Google Calendar and Docs
Must have the legal right to work int he United States
-Ability to take direction from more than one individual, work independently and coordinate multiple projects under deadline.
-Incredibly organized and detail oriented.
-Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
-Knowledge and experience in advertising or television production (or related experience) is preferred.
