Looking for production assistants/event crew to assist our team for a two-day retail trade show.
The position is a 3-day job (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Downtown Los Angeles.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to, helping trade show exhibitors load-in boxes and racks of clothing and getting them to their assigned booth, assisting with general event operation set-up, disbursement of production rentals (tables, chairs, mannequins, etc.), assembling garment racks, unloading and loading production storage and office (on-site), and helping lounge sponsor load in and out.

During the event, duties include but are not limited to, greeting guests, replenishing vendors shopping bags and event flyers, keeping event space clean and inviting, answering any general customer questions.

Great company with a great work environment. Days are busy, the pace is fast, but the end result is rewarding.

SCHEDULE:
Thur. Sept 19: 10:00a-6p (Not a mandatory show day but if available we need help prepping the show in the office)
Fri. Sept 20: 9:30a-8p
Sat. Sept 21: 8a-6:30p
Sun. Sept 22 : 11:00p-9:00p
Mon. Sept 23: 10:00a-6p (Not a mandatory show day but if available we need help prepping the show in the office)
*Must be able to work at least Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts - Thursday and Monday are optional, if available

LOCATION: Downtown Los Angeles
* Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from the event location.

PAY: Will be disclosed to qualified candidates.
