Facebook is looking for an experienced Film Producer to join its Creative Department in Communications, to develop creative for a wide array of projects from small to large. This person will be working with Communications teams and other cross-functional partners on a wide range of impactful projects across the company. They should have experience with creating productions that contain live action and motion graphics. Flexibility and speed are key. Things move fast here.

This role requires super creative storytelling skills and a visually oriented mind, but also the ability to create and manage budgets. We are looking for experience in what it takes to create compelling content using succinct storytelling with a distinct visual identity. Extensive knowledge in video production and post production are essential.


-Develop, script, produce, and edit sharable motion picture content.
-Create pitches and concepts for upcoming projects.
-Technical storytelling, visualize data and abstract ideas.
-Work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
-Research and package content from internal and external resources to develop engaging stories & narratives.
-Managing budgets on a project and an annual basis.

Experience / Skills


-Bachelors Degree in Film, Arts and/or 10+ years of equivalent experience in film/video production.
-8+ years of experience working at a creative agency, or technology company.
-Experience with onsite film production, motion graphics, video editing, and audio editing.
-Experience managing projects from beginning to end - from creative to final delivery.
-Experience managing a budget on a project and annual basis.
-Knowledge in video production and post-production.
-Portfolio of video work.
