Cybis is proud to announce its first ever Account Executive role, the opportunity of a lifetime for the perfect candidate. The Account Executive will expand our event clientele, grow AV revenue and profit while achieving perpetual clients by exceeding expectations from pre-production through curtain close. Ze will solicit new business through proactive account management that incorporates consultative selling skills and cultivate relationships with key personnel and clients to enhance the overall business relationships.

The Account Executive will leverage Cybis’ extensive portfolio including non-profit & leadership organizations, Fortune 500, the White House, event management companies, and many other nationally reputable brands. We’ve produced shows for over 1,000,000 cumulative live audience members. Cybis has an outstanding reputation for delivering creative and cutting edge solutions with integrity and the highest standards; emphasizing the long-term value of our clients. Our existing small set of clients happily engage in multi-year agreements and renew time after time. WE LOVE OUR WORK AND IT’S SHOWS.

Cybis provides the latest gear for general sessions, tradeshows, breakouts, and special events, including projection, cameras, switching, sound, lighting, LED, etc. In most cases, our equipment is paired with our talented production team to lead and manage a show. In addition, we deliver exceptional creative media (branding and motion graphics), provide scriptwriting and stage management, and design original sets for corporate theater. Although the AE shall focus on the AV side of the business with the extra benefit of being able to offer the total show package.

The Account Executive will have support from our Technical Director, CEO, and creative team to support their efforts toward winning proposals. Ze would continue to remain engaged in projects and serve as primary client liaison. In terms of execution, Team Cybis WILL deliver as we’ve done for the past 20 years. This is Cybis’ forte and the AE will present new opportunities so that our team can continue to do what it does best. The emphasis shall be the Orlando market although 90% of our existing clientele are out of state.

If you have experience in audiovisual + live events and sales, the drive to initiate and close business, and the prowess to be extraordinary, maybe you’re Cybis’ first Account Executive.

DUTIES include but are not limited to:
-Identify sales prospects through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals, etc
-Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
-Present and Close the Sale. Note: existing projects ranges from $25k to $300k.
-Establish and maintain potential client relationships

-Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience
-Minimum of 3 years of technical industry experience (Audio, Video, Lighting, LED)
-2+ years prior experience developing AV proposals
-Self-driven & autonomous
-We are looking for passionate individuals who are inspired to go the extra mile while cultivating professional relationships with colleagues and clients and are innovative to provide the best service in the audiovisual market.

Success of the AE shall be measured by profitability and client satisfaction. Compensation shall be designed to earn over $100k+ a year with no cap. Ratio of base compensation vs. commission is negotiable but emphasis will be commission. The founder is highly incentivized to offer significant profit-sharing in the spirit of taking the company to new heights. The owner will also consider creative arrangements for a candidate who already has customers to bring to Cybis. The AE is a contract 1099 opportunity, consistent with the evolution of Team Cybis since 2016.

Should live in Central Florida. Work at our HQ in downtown Orlando and remotely.
