The Role:

Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a Associate Producer to execute branded events and activations for Live Nation’s partners and sponsors. This position sits right at the intersection of traditional show production and experiential marketing. This role requires understanding of sponsorship and experiential events, as well as knowledge of traditional concert and festival production.

Live Nation Media & Sponsorship architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programs with the world’s most recognizable brands. It is an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation’s business including venues, festivals, ticketing, artists, content, media (digital, social, mobile), promotions, and concert production. -Advancing, executing and/or assisting with the overall execution and advance of experiential activations and custom events for Live Nation’s brand partners and sponsors.
-Reaching out to new and old vendors, creating contracts, communicating event details and needs, securing payment, and acting as liaison on site.
-Working with Brand Management to execute client asks and needs leading up to the event and on site.
-All tasks as assigned by Manager, including but not limited to creating budgets for new business, attending brainstorms for pitches, and contributing to additional projects outside of client events.
-Staying up to date on all expenses and managing project budgets according to company policy.

Experience / Skills


-2-5 years of experience in event production and with demonstrated leadership qualities and growth potential.
-Previous experience working with venues, festivals, experiential productions, fabrication of event elements, as well as custom events is preferred.
-Must be organized, hardworking, and have a flexible mindset about working hours.
-Must demonstrate maturity in dealings with talent, poise in high stress situations, be solution-oriented, have attention to detail, and must be able to think on his or her feet.
