ProductionHUB is looking for a detail-oriented, part-time Profile Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a professional background in television, film, theater, commercial or corporate video production, and a well-rounded working knowledge of the industry. Previous sales experience and sales/marketing work in the media or entertainment industry is also a huge plus. This position is part-time (2-3 days a week) initially, with opportunity for growth into a full-time Account Management role.

Your primary role will be to represent our brand in a positive way to the members of our online community and to help them succeed in finding work through our platform. We've found that one of the best ways to connect with people is through traditional phone calls. We spend a lot of time talking to our clients/vendors on the phone, as well as face-to-face at industry events and trade shows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✧ Answering phones and providing excellent service.
✧ Read, check and verify new profiles for quality-control purposes.
✧ Call and welcome new members and assist them with setting up their profile as needed.
✧ Follow-up with established members to assist with updating their profile information.
✧ Email members with customized information and assistance regarding their profiles.
✧ Troubleshoot common issues (user log in, basic profiles set-up & customization)
✧ Educate members on additional opportunities to increase their exposure on ProductionHUB.
✧ Escalate sales to Account Managers.
✧ Support the Sales and Marketing departments.

A positive attitude is a must for us, as are great communication skills, pride in your work, and an eye for detail.

Experience / Skills

Desired Qualifications:

✧ Available 18-26 hours per week
✧ Background in professional-level video, film or TV production.
✧ Familiarity with crew position names and responsibilities, set lingo, production equipment and general industry terminology.
✧ Positive, upbeat personality.
✧ Computer/Web Savvy.
✧ Sales/marketing background/Advertising sales or online marketing experience a plus.
✧ Must be comfortable communicating across different platforms.
✧ Superior Organization Skills.
✧ Professional and engaging writing/communication ability.
✧ Must be detail oriented and resourceful.
✧ Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative when needed.
