This is a 2-day shoot in Washington D.C. part of an ongoing project called 'The Last Dream.' You can see the current approximately 20-minute version of the project on Vimeo at:

This video follows a group of young people aged 9-18 who are American-born children of El Salvadoran immigrants whose parents are threatened with deportation. In conjunction with a Boston-based theatre group, he young people create a play about their situation which they perform in multiple venues, including before the U.S. Congress, where they meet senators and U.S. Reps and lobby on behalf of their parents.

The current two-day shoot covers another visit to Washington D.C. where our young folks participate in national training workshops on behalf of immigrants with Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
