THUMBWAR is a creative technical consulting company based in Los Angeles. We work with high-end brands such as the NFL, CBS, E!, Turner Sports, Estee Lauder, and Fox Sports.

We are looking to hire a Production Coordinator.

The Production Coordinator’s main responsibility is keeping our office and our projects moving forward in an organized and efficient manner. You’ll work with our internal team to help define the scope and requirements of a job -- assign resources and equipment to the job -- and then execute and make it happen. This typically involves tracking the whereabouts equipment, organizing and collecting items for shipping, tracking shipments and calendars, reviewing budgets and spreadsheets, booking travel, coordinating pickups & deliveries, booking and interfacing with freelance crew members, and general office admin & assistant tasks. You'll also be generating all of our production paperwork such as call sheets, gear lists, and calendars. You’ll need to have a familiarity with Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Drive, and 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, self motivated and possess a strong desire to discover and learn new technologies and concepts. The ideal candidate is personable and works well with others and finds challenges like plans that change at the last minute exciting. We’re always ready, but our clients are always changing things at the last minute.

This job is an office-job based in Los Angeles. You’ll need to have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check -- as well as the ability to lift and move (sometimes heavy) cases.

That’s the job, but who are you?
-You make stuff happen. In fact, you’re probably already thinking of a way to set yourself apart and get this job.
-You’re organized. We’re talking next-level alphabetizing your spices and Rainman-like recall abilities to remember where you’ve put things - organized. It’s a huge part of this job.
-You’re creative and a self-starter. You enjoy learning and discovering better ways to do things.
-People always ask you to help because when you say you’re going to do something, you do it. Every time. Without fail.

Compensation will be based on experience with a competitive pay package, full benefits after a probationary period and generous a time off allowance.
