Nestlé is an iconic brand, a Fortune Global 100 corporation, and the largest food and beverage company on the planet. The LEAD is an in-house creative advertising agency and production team based just outside of Cleveland, Ohio that designs creative content for Nestlé USA (NUSA). We have a 40+ person team that owns the development from creative to execution of digital assets across all major mediums including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. We are continually pushing the envelope for creative in the digital space, being best in class across all platforms, and helping brands reach millions of consumers.


NUSA in-house creative production studio is seeking self-motivated editor to join the post production team. The Editor will be responsible for editing branded digital content across all social platforms and will be a strong creative partner to the creative team, collaborating and continually ideating through the entire process. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in commercials and music videos and ability to work fast and efficiently. The position will report to the Post Production Supervisor.


-Edit a range of branded digital content for all of NUSA brands across all social platforms

-Experiment with different versions of an edit, exploring multiple directions if needed

-Stay hyper organized and adhere to internal workflow processes

-Collaborate with the Post-Production, VFX and Creative teams to flag concerns and build efficiencies with the production and scope of creative

-Build efficient timelines with revisions in mind
-Collect project elements and packaging files for collaboration with internal (VFX) and external (Color Houses) partners

-Deep tech expertise, understanding of the nuances and breakthrough of all things digital production

-Partner with and collaborate with creative directors and Project managers on creative concepts, direction and alignment on projects

-Coordinate post production for many different projects

-Edit and deliver videos for a wide range of formats

-Keep the department up to date on the latest plug-ins and software solutions

-Collaborate well with other editors, helping to evolve and discover best practices

-Strong Quality Control of individual and team contributions prior to delivery

-Pull editing reference for post and creative inspiration

-Keep server and projects organized through completion

-Experiment with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements

Experience / Skills

-Bachelor’s degree in film production or equivalent work experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, or equivalent combination of education and experience


-Significant experience working in social or digital video production

-Significant experience creating video content (portfolio/showreel is a must!)

-Ability to edit quickly and efficiently using Premiere Pro a must

-Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, etc. a plus

-Aptitude for collaborating with external colorists

-Extensive knowledge of the post-production pipeline and are able to own timelines to complete projects

-3+ years of creating video content for advertising channels, with at least 2 of those years in social media in an advertising agency, production, or post-production professional environment

-Passion for storytelling and are excited about collaborating with different internal stakeholders to create compelling break-through branded content for all NUSA brands

-Excellent track record leading creative projects and creating real-time content

-Thorough knowledge of color correction

-Strong background in conceptual, creatively strategic, and visual thinking
