Manager, Photo & Video Production

The Manager of Production is involved in all facets of producing Photo & Video shoots for multiple brands within Ralph Lauren Advertising. This position is responsible for both administrative and production work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o Work directly with creative/art directors, stylists and account managers on the development of the shoots
o Negotiate rates and book above the line crew (photographers, directors, DP’s) and below the line (crew), plus models, hair and make-up artists, tailors, animal talent, locations, fit models, studios, caterers and production assistants.
o Coordinate and secure all travel arrangements, insurance, and permits
o Generate shoot estimates
o Manage the actual on set production with freelance production support
o Negotiate usage fees with agents for archival imagery & footage
o Reconcile all shoot related billing and expenses
Experience / Skills
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
o College degree
o 3 - 5 years experience in shoot production or event/project management
o Highly detail oriented
o Negotiation and budget management skills
o Strong communication and organizational skills
o Strong ability to multi-task / juggle multiple projects simultaneously
o Ability to work independently
o Must work well under pressure
o Willing to travel
