Indiana State University is seeking a sports video manager to lead a student workforce in the production of live intercollegiate athletics events for ESPN. The manager will produce and direct all home football, soccer, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, softball, and baseball, for a total of approximately 85 televised events per academic year. The manager, along with a graduate assistant staff, will recruit, train, and supervise student employees within Student Media and work closely with the ISU Athletics Department. The Sports Video Manager also is expected to teach one course per semester, as assigned by the Department of Communication, and will have other duties as assigned during summer months.
Experience / Skills
Video production experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field are required; a master’s degree and significant sports video experience are highly preferred qualifications.
