Experience / Skills


Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications or related field of study plus one year of professional journalism or related experience required; equivalency considered. Familiarity with social media platforms and techniques are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience reporting for radio, television, and digital platforms and digital news gathering and editing desirable. Demonstrated excellent research, reporting, and writing skills; and strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are strongly preferred. Familiarity with digital photography techniques, video production, and digital editing preferred.
