Job Overview:
MTVG is seeking a full-time Cloud Control Coordinator. This position is responsible for the technology coordination of live events between on-site mobile units and remote studios.
Open Location(s):
• Denver (Preferred, but can be located anywhere)
Key Responsibilities:
• Remotely interacting with studio engineers and mobile unit engineers
• Establishing VPN connections between two locations
• Remote troubleshooting network issues
• Making programming changes for various systems and equipment for each event
Experience / Skills
Requirements (Must Haves):
• Strong IP networking knowledge including layer 3 routing, IPSEC VPN, Cisco CLI, remote desktop
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, email, slack and text)
• Excellent remote troubleshooting skills
• Strong project management, operational, and organizational skills
• Accept emergency calls during off hours
• Reliable and fast internet connection
• Ability to handle high pressure environments
Requirements (Preferred):
• Experience of mobile unit engineering
• Proficiency of Evertz Magnum, RTS, EVS, encoding, embedding
• Experience with Dell SonicWall, Team Viewer
• ScheduAll experience
