We are looking for an English/Spanish speaking business orientated individual with good experience in the film equipment rental industry to serve as a communications operator at our fast growing West LA Equipment Rental House. This person must be a skilled multitasker, quick learner and have impressive interpersonal skills especially with phone communication. Dealing with many different aspects of the business this person will need to be able to gain whole-view understanding of our operations and procedures, as well as be able to manage support staff.

We seek someone who is most comfortable in an environment of multi-tasking and problem solving.

The Rental Coordinator oversees, coordinates and manages rentals and bookings. Working closely with clients to insure quality customer service, quoting and ordering are maintained.

We seek a creative, self-motivated individual with 3+ years of management experience in the film equipment rental industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV production preferred or related field experience preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency.
Computer literate individual with ability to learn fast and provide speedy service to our clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, on the telephone and in writing.
Positive attitude and be a team player. Able and willing to cover work in other areas.
Courteous and professional manner when dealing with staff and clients.
Able to work independently, detail-oriented on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Oversee and manage Client Contacts to achieve optimum performance
Develop and maintain strong client relations
Oversee sub-rental purchase orders and expenses per company guidelines
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work with systems such as RentalWorks and RTPro
Requirements for the successful applicant:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant rental house experience required
1+ years of experience as a Rental Prep Tech or related work experience preferred
Experience and knowledge with digital cinema cameras, lenses, and accessories
Ability to efficiently and effectively coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
Ability to smoothly adapt to changing priorities
Extreme focus on accuracy, attention to detail, consistency and follow-through of work
Excellent time management, organizational skills
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills
Self-motivated, positive attitude, high energy with a willingness to accept varied assignments
