A Producer is responsible for coordinating video, photography, and audio needs. You’ll also do things like developing production estimates, organizing assets, sourcing talent, hiring small crews, managing licensing agreements, shot lists, and production budgets. This person will be able to understand a creative vision and translate that into an actionable plan to make it happen. They’ll have a knack for storytelling, a creative eye, and strong communication skills.

You will be able to work remotely, but this position will need to be in Dallas or Austin.

Lead management, planning, execution, and delivery of videos, audio spots, and events.
Work with creative teams to rally around a vision and a plan to make it happen
Lead day of production to make sure shoots are executed smoothly
Develop and manage budgets for photoshoots, video shoots, and audio.
Sourcing and helping to book production resources and talent (i.e. external producers, directors, models, stylists, editors, animators, researchers, legal counsel) when necessary.
Assist in overseeing shot list and shoot schedule development, travel coordination, shoot setup, on-site coordination, and permits.
Help maintain relationships with vendors and content library owners.
Develop production estimates, vendor agreements, and purchase orders, as well as a reconciliation of expenses
