Roman MediaWorks is in search of a full time Video Editor/Media Asset Manager with 5-7 years’ experience in broadcast and/or industrial on-line HD and UHD video editing. Candidate must have their own editing system (Premier or AVID preferred). Working from home (in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area) is acceptable if a high a speed internet connection is in place. The editor is responsible for creating video productions from video elements at the direction of an Executive Producer and Producer. Editor will also have the responsibility of managing and tagging all media assets in a cloud-based system. That includes cataloging and attaching metadata to existing material and all future material recorded and stored. Competitive salary and benefits available commensurate with experience. Experience / Skills
5-7 years broadcast and or industrial video production, with experience with Cloud Based Media management systems.
