Responsibilities:
Through reporting managers and supervisors, oversees personnel and facilities in support of live studio and event productions; oversees a combination of domestic and international productions and the assignment of personnel and facilities.
Recommends the procedures and processes related to supporting network and production operations, and oversees the development of standard operating procedures for all operating functions.
Required to participate in the planning and development of new innovative operations approaches including but not limited to systems, workflow, workforce, and facilities.
Responsible for long range planning of personnel and capital.
Responsible for overall leadership and management of assigned teams including but not limited to; recruiting, compensation, performance management, communication and recognition.
Leads the creation and implementation of training and development programs to improve the competency of the production operations staff; evaluates the progress of the staff in their training through reporting managers.
Expected to direct or participate in special projects.
Expected to be an effective communicator in collaboration with interdepartmental partners across the organization.
Participate in strategic planning sessions with partner groups
Understand and anticipate industry trends

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in business protocol and procurement techniques as well as in-depth research and development.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Production, Management or related fields; or relevant experience.
