Riedel Communications, founded in 1987, designs, manufactures and distributes innovative real-time networks for video, audio and communications. Its products are used for broadcast, pro-audio, event, sports, theatre and security applications worldwide. As a result of continued growth, Riedel Communications is looking to hire a talented and motivated candidate to support our Sales team in their daily challenges.

This full time position is based out of our Santa Clarita, CA, office. It reports to the VP of Sales and will require availability for compensated on-call and/or overtime service when requested.

Your responsibilities
You will be assisting the Sales Teams in their daily tasks.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Replying to vendors and customers’ requests in a timely manner
Track purchase orders
Manage point-of-sale processes
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Generate quotes for customers as directed by salesperson or Management
Follow all company’s policies and procedures

Experience / Skills


Professional record / Expertise
Technical and business aptitude is a plus
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Attention to detail
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
Experience in using or quick learner in how to use database management programs such as Sales Force
