Eurovision Americas’ Network Planning team is responsible for managing the availability and use of Eurovision’s global fiber, satellite and IP networks. Members of the team are instrumental in the technical setup and delivery of events and transmissions distributed by Eurovision, implementing cost effective, efficient and reliable solutions. The Planning unit is in daily contact with major sports leagues and EBU Members and seeks to deliver the highest quality of service for all broadcasters and platforms.

What you’ll do:
As a network planner, you’ll play a lead role in managing both day and week-of transmissions across the Eurovision network.
Your focus will be on optimizing network capacity and equipment resources to accommodate a wide range of booking requests, ensuring reliable delivery, providing timely technical support to various operational teams, and creating broadcast delivery solutions for our clients.

- Familiarity with the broadcast industry and a broad understanding of underlying broadcast transmission technologies.

Our network management tools are primarily internally-developed. Training in these will be a key part of the onboarding experience, but the ideal candidate should be comfortable independently exploring and understanding data entry and resource management software.
