HEAD OF PRODUCTION, CLICKON
Office + home hybrid working
CLICKON Media is a global content creation company with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. We help teams transform the production, management and delivery of digital communications into something faster, more efficient and accountable. We accelerate the path between conception and consumption in the new age of digital.
The Head of Production is responsible for leadership and administration of CLICKON’s production teams. They are responsible for leading all aspects of production, including working with CLICKON producers, identifying production crews, timing, budget and sourcing of deliverables across a variety of accounts. It is imperative that this individual has a great understanding of the creative deliverables across a multitude of mediums. The ideal Head of Production will be someone that can bring creative visions to life while elevating the work through close collaboration with the creative team. Not only should this person have extensive production contacts, but they should be someone that grows relationships with outside production partners, while ensuring production processes are in place and are having a positive impact on the work. As an office lead for production, the person will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication and meetings that include producers and business affairs managers.
