Cinematic is currently seeking freelance Registration / Box Office Managers to supervise and coordinate all aspects of our event and conference registration operations, to include: back and front end of ticketing softwares, advance ticket sales processes, staff lists, vendor lists, guest lists, managing registration teams, and more.

We are specifically looking for someone to join our team for an August production in Mexico City.

Experience / Skills

Job Responsibilities:
-Learn front and back end of ticketing system
-Oversee all list accumulation from staff, vendors, clients, etc.
-Play an instrumental role in the attendee arrival process
-Oversee registration / box office managers, leads, and staff related to event check-in operations
-Oversee ordering and distribution of credentials, wristbands, conference packets, and more
-Have basic understanding of power & wifi needs to run / operate a successful check-in process
-Utilize laptops, ipads, and other check-in hardware

Qualifications:
-3+ years of proven event production experience required
-Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
-1-2 years of management or supervisory experience
-Experience in the entertainment industry
-Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
-Leadership and coaching skills
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, online platforms such as Google Suite, Base Camp
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
-Thrive in a fast paced environment
-Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft, Google and Apple applications (especially Excel)
-Bilingual abilities preferred
