Your role in helping us shape the future:

In this position you will have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and skills to work on the organization and production of custom video and photography on the 360 Review Labs team. In this role, you will help ensure all media products are well scoped, resourced, and executed on time and to the standards defined by the 360 Labs team.

You will be a key person in defining operational processes and innovative ways of producing content while providing an impact on the day-to-day production. Success in this role will require working directly with in-house and external production teams to schedule and prioritize projects, minimizing and working through scope changes and providing feedback to optimize and scale our media production.

Are you up to the challenge? Here’s a summary of the work:

Production Logistics: 60%

Organize and manage workflows to facilitate the intake of products and create supporting video and photography for 360 Reviews.
Coordinate with external video contributors and influencers in the creation of video for designated channels.
Schedule video shoots according to crew, talent and location availability.
Coordinate all details for shoots, including set design, scripts, shot lists, props and products needed.
Coordinate with freelance crew, contractors and vendors as needed.
Coordinate travel logistics for on location shoots.
Source/purchase props and supplies as needed.

Project & Team Management: 20%

Coordinate with editorial to ensure projects stay on track
Communicate timelines and expectations with product teams to ensure timely publication of content.
Attend weekly stakeholder holder meetings

Production Assistant: 20%

Assist with some set building and set up
Provide production assistance during photo and video shoots as needed

Experience / Skills

You should definitely have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of experience in media, product, or content management, and working with stakeholders with a focus on video production.
It would be nice if you had:

Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for video production, publication and promotion on channels like YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc.
You are comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Dedication to accuracy, detail, and organization.
Strong sense of prioritization and ability to self-start.
