Event Project Manager
Office Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
(weekends and/or nights required depending on events and shoots)
Reports to: Director of Operations
30%-40% Travel

The purpose of the Event Project Manager is to logistically support all PullSpark events, filim, and client needs and execute in all PullSpark events, film and client needs. The Event Project Manager is a key player on the team, and responsible for moving each assigned project through the necessary “make it happen” steps, while ensuring each step is produced on time. With a commitment to excellence for every client, the Event Project Manager will continually work to elevate her/his skills to best enhance project management in all PullSpark videos and events.


Role Description:

To support Account Directors and the Creative Services team in the areas of video, events, and creative campaigns.
The Project Manager will assemble pitch decks, budgets, contracts, and timelines. Additionally they will schedule meetings, and prepare logistics when it comes to deliverables for clients.
Accountable for being aware of, and involved in, project leveling and ensuring that all initiatives support the client’s brand and overall strategy.
Responsible for execution on event work: hiring script writers, voiceovers, film crew, preparing budgets, maining talent contracts, creating graphics list, updating project management software, securing meals, coordinating production logistics sheet, tracking timeline
Responsible for managing and reconciling budgets
Responsible for site visits, venue selections, food and beverage, signage and other event logistics
To be a key representative of the PullSpark culture on video sets and events.
Responsibly for execution in client relations: Meetings notes, assign tasks after meeting, preparing presentations, preparing pitch decks, secure meeting follow up appointments
Responsible for keeping each project on time and communicating with the Make it happen team as set by the Creative Team
Project Communication
Communicate project statuses, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
Coordinate with editors and producers to create edit schedules and ensure that those timelines are created and updated on Monday and the Production Calendar
Track key project assets such as creative briefs and Monday uploads
