Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all Production Facilities at LTN Production
• Provide engineering support for LTN digital productions and related workflows
• Troubleshoot, and repair problems in a live environment working in concert with team members
• Communicate with management staff and production employees in a professional manner

Experience / Skills

• 3-5 years of production and engineering experience
• 3-5 years of live production experience
• 3-5 years of remote production and high knowledge of remote production procedures
• Experience working within time-sensitive environments to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• Understanding of operation and programming of:
o Production switchers
o Enterprise level routers
o Replay servers
o Production Intercom
• Understanding of management of Dante / AES67 audio networks
• Thorough understanding of IP network fundamentals
• Knowledge of software-based production tools
• Successful team member with positive demeanor
• Good written and oral communication
• Highly organized
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated

Work Environment:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to work in a confined area
• Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and equipment)
• Flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation
