We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator for our Video Production office. You will undertake administrative tasks by ensuring that our team has adequate support to work efficiently. The perfect candidate has a passion for being organized, knowledge/understanding of video equipment, loves to learn, and is an A+ team player with the ability to wear multiple hats.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the upkeep of our office to keep it looking client-ready at all times.
- Organizing/labeling equipment and being the point person for knowing where everything is located
- Picking up rental equipment for shoots
- Managing shoot schedules/meetings etc. for the team
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Tracking the upkeep of equipment to report any missing or broken items
Assist team whenever necessary

Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Passionate about learning
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge and understanding of Mac OS & Windows PC
- Ability to talk professionally to clients via phone/email/in-person
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Be able to have understanding of basic editing, photography, and production skills.
- Ok with last minute changes and stressful environments.
