Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Creative Content in the Athletics department.

The candidate would be expected to: coordinate all elements, including scheduling, shooting and editing, of creative content, including but not limited to: creative video and content of selected athletic events, live games and features; produce video content for use on department’s official digital platforms (social media, official website), develop content for in-venue video boards.

This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.

Required Skills or Software:
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment.
- Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence.

Required Degree, Licenses or Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree

Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism or related field.
- Two years of experience in video production editing.
- Experience shooting video in sports.
- Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel with teams as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for a college or university athletics program, league office or professional sports team.
