Twitter is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the newly created Content Creation Team within the Global Content Partnerships (GCP) organization. This team will oversee our internal content production & editing teams that are set up to the service the brand campaign needs of our advertisers. The Content Creation Team provides a full-suite services from the more customized creator-led offerings from Twitter-owned Niche (a marketing team and content creators’ network/platform), to the more efficient and scaled service offerings of video editing and video creation. The Content Creation Team will help our advertisers activation efforts across Twitter be easier and more effective by helping them solve for all their creative needs in one place.

Responsibilities:

Overview:

-Lead, develop, and oversee Twitter’s advertiser-focused content production service offerings; building out a market positioning and go-to-market-strategy for how this Team’s effectiveness scales and generates more value for our advertisers and Twitter’s Sales & Marketing efforts
-Develop a holistic end-to-end content production echosystem offering, utilizing internal/external resources such as Niche, video editing, video optimization, and video creation to unlock incremental partnership dollars for Twitter
-Collaborate with appropriate cross-functional teams to build brand led creative content that elevates and extends brand campaign activations
-Oversee the development of programs that engage the Creator community on Twitter
-Collaborate across GCP to unlock new monetization opportunities for Publishers and Creators that can be leveraged for advertisers

Niche:

-Empower and support Niche’s organizational leader in an effort to continue to scale the team’s credibility in the creator space, along with the business’s continued revenue growth
-Support the Niche business by evangelizing Niche’s positioning and value proposition -- internally and externally
-Uncover new and future growth opportunities for the Niche business
-Work with Niche leadership to map out an articulated 2-3 year strategic plan that details investments asks along with expected results, to set the business up for success
-Help position Niche for success within the Twitter Sales/Marketing universe

Video Editing Team:

-Oversee Twitter's in-house video editing team, focused on adapting pre-existing video assets for the Twitter feed
-Drive advertiser adoption of short form video content on Twitter
-Collaborate with Research to test and measure the effectiveness of video campaigns
-Translate learnings into external marketing that can educate and inspire brands to embrace video on Twitter

API partnerships:

-Identify and develop creative ecosystem partners who can scale our video business
-Develop process for evaluating and prioritizing API partners
-Drive cross-functional collaboration - Sales Finance, Legal, Marketing - to maximize API partnerships
-Identify scalable ways to leverage API partnerships to advance Niche efforts

Experience / Skills


Qualifications:

-BS or BA, with MBA/JD or equivalent preferred
-13-15+ years client facing experience media, content, and/or sales partnerships with experience in (a) new media / web products and (b) television
-Experience working with the news, entertainment, and sports industry
-Established relationships with key leaders in the industry
-Sales, business development, strategy and project management experience
-Concrete record of sponsorship creation and partner management
-Experience with Twitter's promoted products and overall advertising model
-Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, marketing, communications, finance, brand strategy, etc.)
-Ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management - externally and internally
-Ability to translate complexity into action plan and communications
-Strong track record of setting and executing strategies that aligns with company and department goals
-Proven track record of successfully building senior partner relationships and a team capable of driving partnerships through cross functional collaboration
-Knowledge of mobile and Internet products and technologies; well-developed product sensibility and experience leading creative discussions regarding potentially innovative, unique and engaging content and product offerings
