The ideal candidate will have studio and mobile unit experience with audio mixing of sports television productions. They must have the expertise to build full playlists, audio mix, and be proficient with troubleshooting issues. They must be able to communicate efficiently with the producer and director about the audio needs of the show. Additionally, they should be familiar with the language of a television control room and have a working knowledge of all current technology.

Qualifications

-Must be a collaborative team player who works well with others in a fast paced, dynamic studio and mobile unit environment.
-Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
-Three to five years of related A1 experience in live studio production and mobile unit facilities.
-Proficient in building and execution of effects and shows on the following consoles;
SSL-C100
SSL-C132
Calrec Artemis
Calrec Alpha Bluefin
Calrec Apollo
-Knowledge of additional audio consoles is a plus.
-Must be an active member and in good standing with Local IBEW 1212 and IATSE unions. If currently not a member you must be willing to join.
-Familiarity with New York area sports teams is a plus.
-Must be willing to work at various locations within the tri-state area.
