Vizrt is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven and customer-centric, Regional Sales Manager to join our growing Sports unit.

Specific responsibilities

-Drive a quantitative, qualitative and transparent sales process, selling Vizrt’s storytelling solutions, including graphics, AR, virtual advertising, sports analysis, and media asset management to sports broadcasters and other content producers
-Create buyer vision by ensuring prospects understand and can clearly visualize how Vizrt products and solutions help address their business challenges
-Accurately build, qualify and report a solid pipeline of new business opportunities
-Establish a collaborative environment with Pre-sales, Professional Service and Maintenance teams throughout the entire sales process
-Lead the creation of all proposals and pitch presentations to prospects
-Play a key role in Vizrt’s growth in sports and related gain of market share

Experience / Skills

Experience and skills required

-Opportunity chaser with an exceptional understanding of current trends in the sports media and entertainment industries, with emphasis on sports broadcasters
-In-depth knowledge of the broadcast technology industry, specifically graphics, production workflows, AR, and other storytelling solutions
-Strong passion for sports (Major Leagues and international events including World Cup and Olympics)
-Established relationships with leading sports broadcasters (national and regional) and rights holders preferred
-Accountable and results-driven with the ability to commit and deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and activity targets (verifiable references for meeting/exceeding targets required)
-Strong business acumen and analytical skills; polished and articulate, comfortable selling and presenting to senior level executives, while anticipating their current and future needs
-Experience in closing large, complex and strategic 7-figure deals, in a highly competitive environment
-Self-starter and motivated, high sense of urgency, driven by producing superior results
-True team player with the ability to build both internal and external relationships, becoming a prime ambassador of Vizrt’s mission in sports
-Ability to manage accounts, drive upsells, and foster customer loyalty
-Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs

Main tasks and activity

-Visit and establish strong relationships with clients and prospects, specifically sports broadcasters
-Identify and find new customers, develop effective strategic pursuit plans, and document actions in Account plans
-Gather and report on prospect and customer insights
-Meticulously and accurately report on activity, opportunities, forecast revenue, and sales
-Drive customer meetings and negotiations
-Ensure accounts, opportunities and leads are accurate in Salesforce
-Represent Vizrt Sports at conferences and meetings
