The Data & Analytics group is responsible for providing reporting, analysis, and database support for key media, consumer product, and sponsorship partners. The Manager/Sr. Manager of Data & Analytics will be responsible for managing and delivering the department's best-in-class reporting, analytics and database capabilities to our external partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Identify, summarize, and present key learnings about live game streaming to inform Business Development and other teams across the -League about performance and growth opportunities.
-Work with team members to present total audience consumption across digital and linear TV and analyze digital trends.
-Generate digital live game streaming reports, aggregating data across NFL and its various partners.
-Build and automate ongoing performance reports for NFL digital media partners.
-Client management responsibility (active prospect pool management and ongoing client management) for prospective and current media, consumer product retailers and sponsors specifically for data-driven partnerships.
-Ongoing relationship management with data teams on key strategic partners. Ongoing report outs to NFL Data & Analytics head, NFL Sponsorship head and NFL Consumer Products head.
-Day-to-day project management of 3rd party analytic resources (Epsilon, EXL) overseeing successful delivery of project outputs including blind matching and data fusion modeling of sponsor and consumer product retailer data
-Working cross functionally across the league to create and execute analytic projects.

Experience / Skills


Qualifications

-A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; additional education including an MBA., MS is preferred
-3-5 years of relevant experience in the fields of digital media, sports, business intelligence, statistics, operations research, or consulting
-Successful track record of working in complex organizations at the senior levels of leadership. Consummate team player who finds common ground and can build strong partnerships among management, colleagues and peers; can effectively influence others without direct control
-Expertise in Powerpoint, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, and Domo
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Extremely organized with a tremendous recall for day-to-day activities.
-Excellent project management skills. Excellent workflow management.
-Able to coordinate projects across functional teams
-Excellent communication skills. Proven record of building long-term relationships
-Able to solve complex problems and issues
-Management consulting experience a plus
-Ability to derive insights from data / analytics / research and present findings to all levels of an internal organization and external partners
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment
-Detail oriented, strong time management and organization skills
-Candidate must be a self-starter, independent, a creative thinker, ambitious, and results-oriented
