The Operations Manager partners with other managers to build and implement the company’s strategic vision. You will focus on building scalable systems and processes, managing key client relationships, staffing projects effectively, helping employees grow their skills and passions, and leading internal initiatives.

This role is right for a person who is willing to undertake the challenge of growing a company from 10 to 100 people, and perfect for someone who has been through that growth before. It is also right for folks who get excited about staying on top of an industry with constantly shifting technology. Equal parts left- and right-brained, the role will require oversight of creative assets, hands-on production, and business administration.

This role is wrong for a person who operates in a silo: collaboration and communication are essential. It is also wrong for folks who need structure: YOU will create the structure you need to excel at this position. Furthermore, you need to provide strong, thoughtful, evidence-based critiques: we grow through addressing weaknesses, and you need to be comfortable seeking those out and bringing them up. The Operations Manager sits at the hub where all other departments connect, and helps us all grow.
