Quince Imaging is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with a "can-do" attitude to assist our organization in supporting virtual events, systems integration, and external events. The Warehouse Supervisor will be tasked with running our daily warehouse operations, planning, and managing inventory control, coordinating logistics, monitoring and implementing quality control, assisting with timeframes and budgets, and delivering on event brief objectives. The Warehouse Supervisor’s organizational skills, and vision will assist our organization in meeting the goals of our events and integration-based activities.

RESPONSIBILITES include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee warehouse operations and logistics
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff and drivers
• Responsible for returning company equipment and gear to proper locations in the warehouse as well as assuring all items are properly labeled according to company inventory standards
• Maintain professional representation in all interactions with customers
• Create and maintain quality control in all outgoing and incoming products for accuracy in terms of operation, cleanliness, amount and type
• Ensure all administrative paperwork concerning delivery orders required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies delivery
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, including driver’s logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records and other records required by law and Company policy
• Maintain small fleet of company owned vehicles to comply with general vehicle safety guidelines
• Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.)
• Implement, and train warehouse staff on operations and all safety procedures and programs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach toward assignments and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines
• Project businesslike manner and appearance
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Ability to establish and maintain professional and cooperative relationships during the course of work
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Windows
• Must have good written and verbal communication, organizational skills and time management skills
• Possess working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work productively with light supervision

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years college or 5 years’ of warehouse operations experience in the events industry
• Must have strong working knowledge of Flex Rental Solutions software
• Must be 21 years of age and possess valid driver license or such other proper license classification as required by the DOT in conjunction with vehicle weight
• Must have clean motor vehicle report and criminal report
