The Content Studio Manager is passionate about creative, photography and video and has extensive knowledge in the technology and production of video and photography assets. Their primary responsibilities include management of the BISSELL content studio including creative strategy and thought leadership on the creation of assets. Also, managing a team of video producers, video editors, photography specialist and CGI artist. The team is responsible for content creation for the BISSELL studio including video, photography, and CGI, and works closely with our creative graphic design and product marketing teams to bring their products to life. The Content Studio Manager will also manage our video and photography agency relationships, production budget, agency contracts, scope of works and payments. They will be responsible for creating and managing the studio content development process and ensuring continuous improvement. This position will work globally with internal marketing, marketing communications, agencies, and outside vendors to concept, create and produce materials to support product launches and other corporate initiatives.


Leads studio team efforts as it relates to the development of video, photography, and CGI with both internal customers and external vendors.
Develops and leads the studio development process to ensure the timely completion of deliverables and continuous improvement of the process.
Develops creative strategy for videos and photography.
Thought leader in video and photography technology.
Establishes guidelines and is accountable for ensuring the creative developed is within brand guidelines.
Manages all content development projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Assigns project tasks, manages timelines and budgets.
Manages the studio budget and related contracts, SOWs and legal review.
Partners with the marketing communication managers, digital team and product managers to review and approve creative.
Develops various marketing communications and advertising assets to build and grow BISSELL as a pet brand.
Manages the location, build, and set development of the BISSELL Creative Studio.
Manages miscellaneous internal requests for creative assets

Degree minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Specific concentration: Video production, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Experience level: 5-8 years managing creative projects


Experience is managing a creative team including producers, editors and photography management.
Experience in brand content development
Advertising agency studio or production experience

Proficient knowledge of video and photography production
Understanding of video and photography technology
Project Management experience
