The Production Specialist supports the Supervising Producer with the day-to-day management for Rotary content marketing and creative brand campaigns. Responsibilities include managing internal production systems, creating schedules, tracking project progress, routing work for review and approval, archiving files/assets, and facilitating meetings between external partners and key stakeholders. The Production Specialist is involved in the inspiration, conception, scoping, budgeting, and scheduling of projects ranging from animation to live action to live stream for business units at Rotary. Support from this role helps to ensure creative quality and production value by coordinating resources required to bring ideas to life.

You Will Be Responsible For:
Supporting the Production Supervisor and Executive Producer with logistics and paperwork for large productions.
Owning pre/post productions for small to mid-size shoots.
Creative development, content management and execution.
Managing language versioning for video products (live action/interview/animated).
Adhering to Rotary’s policies regarding recording, licensing, and archiving footage.
Manage communication between stakeholders for relevant projects.
Aggregate feedback and relay to creative team (in house or out of house)
Develop and refine creative briefs.
Maintain and update entries for integrated editorial calendar.

Experience / Skills
BA/BS or journalism, film, communications or vocational equivalent in related field required
At least three years in a film, broadcast, agency production or equivalent environment preferred.
Experience with all levels of production. Pre-production, production, and post-production
Managing production logistics including budgets, scheduling, invoicing, and international travel (preferred).
Familiarity with hiring video crews (domestic/international), working on location and studio sets.
Familiarity with production best practices for motion graphics and animation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work nimbly within spreadsheets and databases.
Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining effective business relationships is necessary.
The ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints is required.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, take feedback and willingly take creative risk.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are needed.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere.
