The Broadcast Engineer, under direction, performs installation, modification, operation, and repair of electronic communications equipment to in-stadium video as well as live event operations. Provides technical oversight of event coverage. Works with full time staff and college student labor force to facilitate live television for both broadcast and in-stadium presentations. Experience / Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years full-time experience in the technical operation and maintenance and repair of broadcast equipment, to include live event experience in technical broadcast control room and/or multiple camera operations.

Understanding of IP-based transport of audio/video signals for broadcast television support and communications.
Knowledge of overall technical support to live events broadcast staff regarding operational aspects of routing systems for communications, broadcast camera setups, data-linking television graphics support, and general control room technical operational support.
Oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in integrated Television Control Room environment managing control room setup and operational status for live television events.
Strong background in audio production and working with different manufacturers equipment.
Strong understanding of Audio over IP technology and architecture.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
