James L. Fisher started his company in 1951, after a couple of years in the sound department at MGM, he saw the need for better equipment to ease the tasks of production personnel. Using this concept he began manufacturing lightweight Microphone Booms and Bases. Over forty years later this philosophy still drives the entire organization. Still J.L.
