PixMix Video specializes in LIVE (or Live to Tape) High Definition Multiple-Camera & Single Camera video production services. We have over 35 years of "on location" experience providing our signature "flypack" systems in a wide variety of venues. Hotel ball rooms & conference centers, college classrooms and graduation services, plus historic locations like Boston Symphony Hall and the Old Boston State House have all witnessed the efficiency of our "flypack" hardware.

PixMix offers 2 studios - one in Randolph Mass. and one in the MetroWest area. Our Randolph facility is 12 miles from central Downtown Boston. This studio is ideal for LIVE events such as webcasts, ZOOM meetings and Satellite Media Tours (SMT's). We offer World Wide Connectivity via our LTN dedicated video fiber connection.

For over 15 years we have provided High Definition Live Shot fiber feeds to clients around the country (CNN, PBS, CNBC,) and around the world (BBC, China TV, Russia TV, EuroVision.

Our studio was designed to handle LIVE webcasts, Satellite Media Tours and other multiple-camera productions. The studio has a permanent "news / webcast" set. There is a fully equipped High Def broadcast video control room adjacent to the studio space. This control center can accommodate up to 3 Sony HD cameras, all switched in "Real Time", and fed out "LIVE" via our dedicated HD Full Bandwidth fiber connection. If live transmission is not required we can also "webcast encode on site" from our control room and stream your event out live. If you do not require a "LIVE" event.... we can easily digitally record the studio show for future post production. Both "line cut" and separate "iso recording" of all camera images can easily be achieved.

Our MetroWest studio is 21' x 25' and features Drive In Access. It is located 1.5 miles from Exit 18 on Route 495. This space offers a full lighting grid at 13 feet, 100 amps of electrical power and easy load in / load out. Three cloth cyc's on tracks (gray blue black) come standard with the studio along with 2 work tables and 6 chairs. Other studios charge EXTRA for such items. This studio is perfect for producers on a budget. We will rent the studio as BARE SPACE or PixMix can provide any combinaiton of Video - Audio - Lighting hardware that you may require.
