DP/Phantom Operator/Tech Bill Mills provides complete 4K and digital production services from web content to broadcast. We have easy access to other Florida locations as well as international. Bill is an experienced international DP and all gear is available for worldwide travel.

Bill offers a variety of camera packages with many lens options. For high speed try the amazing Phantom 4K Flex (1000 fps in 4k.

DIT services include 10gb ethernet downloads for Phantom shoots with VRI PCC software, FUSE, or Seance .

Bill has provided a variety of underwater production services for NBC, CBS (60 Minutes), National Geographic, and Discovery including a sophisticated system for wireless underwater dialogue and direct recording from talent to camera. Our underwater lighting includes bi-color and dimmable LED units.

We can assist with crew, equipment, pre production, location management, and post production services throughout Florida, the southeast and the world.

Clients include agencies, corporations, broadcast networks, and independent producers. Bill can work as a complete turnkey operation or just provide specific services. Specialty services include underwater and marine oriented production, aerial cinematography, and international support.
