Prepare cost estimate for length of show and submit budget items. Once budget is approved: hire crew, solicit vendor bids, contact set designer and help oversee construction /rigging costs. Arrange meetings with executive producers to discuss show concepts and changes to show content. Prepare a cost estimate based on those changes that will affect the original budget. Manage production staff and organize accounting books.
• Scout and permit locations for possible video shoots, handle logistics and order all grip and lighting equipment required for shoot. Arrange pre-production meetings with producers and venues while working with director to accomplish shot list and interviews.
