
About Me
Marinho Nobre is an award winning composer and producer with a unique signature to his music. Skilled both in electronic synth generated as well as orchestral scores on a variety of genres such as classical and ethnic, he is conquering steady ground in the world of film music.
Marinho studied composition at The Juilliard School with Conrad Cummings and orchestral conducting with Maestro Vincent La Selva (founder of the New York City Opera) and was further mentored by TV composer Jeff MacDonald (CSI NY, Entourage) and orchestrator Scott Smalley (Batman, Robocop, Mission Impossible).
Aside from a growing list of feature film scores, Marinho has also collaborated with his music to TV shows on National Geographic Channel, PBS Television and History Channel.
Marinho is currently working of his private studio where he plays several western and ethnic instruments, using his own sound libraries as well as live musicians throughout his film scores. He is also developing two solo projects, one for Concert Classical Music and another fusing Electronic and World music.
