About Me

Experienced camera operator, videographer, & editor. I have been shooting and editing video professionally since 2007, though I have been working with video since 1999. I have experience in short films, commercials, news, documentaries, "how-to" videos, and wedding & event videos.

I am proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Encore), Grass Valley EDIUS, Apple Final Cut Pro, and MediaChance DVD-Lab Pro. I have a working knowledge of Avid editing systems. I am a fast learner when it comes to software, so if I don't know it, I usually figure it out quickly.

I am proficient in operation of studio and field video cameras, especially the Canon XH-A1 and similar models. I also have experience using the Arriflex SR2 16mm film camera.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Electronic Media from Western Carolina University, and an Associates degree in Film & Video Production Technology from Haywood Community College.

I have been in the industry since 2007.
