Thank you for viewing my profile. I'm a freelance director of photography with 25+ years of experience, based in Minneapolis and I often travel in the region and beyond. I work closely with clients on documentary, broadcast/cable, commercial and corporate projects. Whether working as a one-man-band, assembling a crew or joining your crew, I bring reliability, a flexible approach, and a commitment to making your project look its best.

I'm an owner-operator of Sony FX6 and FX3 camera packages, as well as lighting/grip/audio packages. Also experienced with other cameras, including Arri, Red, Canon and Blackmagic models. FAA licensed drone pilot. I am equipped to send you a camera feed over Zoom/Teams for remote interviews, and use Atomos Camera to Cloud to send immediate proxy files anywhere in the world via Frame.io.

Clients include: Frontline, Vice TV, CNN, CNBC, Sports Illustrated, Time, Wall Street Journal, Smithsonian Channel, Cargill, General Mills, Lumber Liquidators, Best Buy, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation, and many more.
