I have over 15 years project management and 10 years of hands-on production expertise in the field and post-production, creative and operations, in broadcast television, features, turn-key commercial/DR projects, high end corporate industrial media and live events.

I have a 'catalytic ability' to absorb a deluge of input; quickly convert that data into actionable information and production ready solutions.

I've worked with project stakeholders, executives, technical and creative staff to identify opportunities to integrate workflows and resources to fulfill project requirements.

From inception to final delivery, I’ve coordinated project development, set-up, aggregation and organization of information, project materials, contacts, deadlines, deliverables, scope of work and approval process. I've managed vendors, equipment rental, production travel, shipping logistics, budgets, tracking costs, POs, invoices, petty cash, time cards and sundry accounting & business operations.

I've managed day-to-day post production operations, including media ingest, driving creative, video & audio selects, DVD/Web extras & promo, Asset Management (graphics, footage, copy), offline editorial supervision, labor/bay planning/scheduling (online/offline/Audio/VO) and supervision of QC complaint online/color correction, audio mix/sweetening, final master output & deliverables.
