ARENAS, with its unique team of experienced bilingual and bicultural executives, has worked on over 300 films and TV programs. ARENAS has developed and executed Hispanic targeted campaign strategies on behalf of major studio clients such as Universal and Disney, and networks such as ABC and PBS. The services which ARENAS offers include marketing strategy, creative advertising, media planning, media buying, research, publicity and promotions.

Our state of the art digital screening room, designed and built by Technicolor and DOLBY is available for rental. With comfort at its core, we offer 30 plush chairs, a heated outdoor patio, a conference room and a lovely reception area with a kitchen.

Standard screening room rates:
- Weekday Rates: Monday - Friday 6pm $300/Hour
- Weekend Rates: Friday 7pm - Sunday $350/Hour, 2 Hour Minimum
- Reception and Patio Area $100/hour
- Free Parking
- $100 cleaning fee for all Private Catering
- All rates include a No-Charge Tech-Check

Standard location rental rates:
- Weekday Rates: Monday - Friday 6pm $500/Hour
- Weekend Rates: Friday 7pm - Sunday $600/Hour, 2 Hour Minimum
- Free Parking.
- Conference Room $100 per hour.
- The reception area and patio for cocktails and/or catering $100 per hour.
- Private Catering, if desired, would be your choice with an additional $100 cleaning fee.
- A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE FILMING TAKES PLACE.
These screening room rates apply to the following formats: BLU-RAY, DVD, DCP, QuickTime, and DirectTV HD. If other formats are used, a surcharge will be added to these rates, based upon the type of format.

We offer you and your guest the highest of standards with DOLBY digital cinema system, 5.1 surround sound, DOLBY/JBL/CROWN speakers, NEC NC800 projector and a screen size of 15x6.5 ft.

Centrally located on Barham Blvd, between Burbank and Hollywood, The Arenas Screening Room has accommodated hundreds of screenings, events and production shoots. A cozy, intimate atmosphere that guarantees an outstanding experience for any service you request.
