About Me

As a longtime audio-enthusiast with 14 years of experience with audio for post-production in TV & radio, John’s credits include 12 feature films, and multiple short films. John recently finished sound design and final mixing for the feature film La Soga which premiered at the 2009 Toronto Film Festival. In the Spring of 2007 John relocated to New York City to work on sound design and final 5.1 mixing for the feature film Dream Boy. In 2004 John won a Best Sound award at the 2004 Austin Film Festival for a narrative feature The Graffiti Artist.

Between working on film projects John maintains projects from clients such as Jim Beam, PBS, Nike, Oakley, MSN, Shell Gasoline, Oracle, Guitar Center, and LG. He also freelances at many Manhattan-based post houses and works with clients such as MTV, Nickelodeon, NBC's QUBO, TV Land, and BET.
