About Us
ProAction provides EMS & First Aid medical support to special events at venues throughout El Paso County (Texas), Las Cruces (Dona Ana County, New Mexico), and neighboring communities. ProAction is proud to be El Paso's longest-standing event medical response team, providing first aid & event EMS since 1995.
Our supporters include the University of Texas at El Paso, Museum and Cultural Affairs Department - City of El Paso, Chamizal National Memorial - National Park Service, County of El Paso, El Paso Chihuahuas, El Paso Live, SMG Worldwide Entertainment and Convention Venue Management, El Paso Sports Commission, Socorro Independent School District and dozens of independent promoters.
You can find our staff of professionally trained EMTs and Paramedics at the UTEP Sun Bowl, Don Haskins Center, Abraham Chavez Theatre, Plaza Theatre, El Paso Convention Center, McKelligan Canyon, El Paso County Coliseum, Southwest University Park, Cohen Stadium, Freedom Crossing @ Fort Bliss, Downtown Arts Festival Plaza, Ascarate Park, El Paso Downtown Street Festival, Cleveland Square Park and various other venues where events are taking place. ProAction is credentialed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as an EMS First Responder Organization.
Each of our medics is highly trained in pre-hospital care specializing in event medical support. The level of expertise provided by our organization and affiliated employees assures you of a safe and smooth event eliminating the need for additional worries over the safety of your attendees and event participants. Medics have direct radio communications to City & County Fire & EMS agencies to expedite 9-1-1 services. In addition, we can arrange for ambulance standby at any function to provide an additional level of security.
We have the ability to provide a state-of-the-art Mobile Medical Command Center, roving crews utilizing golf carts and ATVs, bicycle teams, fully equipped chase vehicles with emergency response capabilities, as well as recovery stations & tents.
Regardless of the size, scale, or type of event, you plan on hosting - our emergency response team can assist. We currently staff provide support for all sorts of nationally touring concerts, festivals, conferences, meetings, camps, theater performances, and much more. We also provide staff for a wide range of athletic events including NCAA Division I collegiate football and basketball, sanctioned MMA & boxing matches, MiLB AAA baseball, Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) hockey, and USATF sanctioned marathons and races.
