John Dutton is an award-winning documentary filmmaker providing creative services internationally.
Broadcast TV, Web, Corporate, Non-Profit.
Specialties: Utilizing the power of film to produce visual stories, now incorporating VR / 360º / Spherical media.

John is passionate about creating science and nature documentaries for NGOs as well as for broadcast.
His short films have received awards at many film festival venues, including The San Francisco Ocean Film Festival, Santa Barbara Ocean Film Festival, Wild & Scenic Film Festival, St. Petersburg (Russia) Ocean Film Festival, NatureTrack Film Festival, and many others around the world.

Nature footage has been included natural history films by the BBC as well as ABC network news and KQED.
Regularly serves as a preliminary judge for the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival, Jackson Hole Science Media Awards, and the International Documentary Association Film Awards. He is a member of the IDA, BAFTA, and TV Academy.

Languages: English, German, French (and some Spanish and Italian)
