I am currently live in Baltimore, MD and work in Washington, D.C. as a Trade Show Exhibits Manager for NBAA. My previous experience has helped me have a full wide range of transferable skills. Currently, I am in a sales and logistics role but previously I have provided administrative support to management, draft expense reports, compile background research and form necessary background packets for meetings, helped to book and confirm interviews, book travel, cover management phones, be a part of the production team for major events, helped update and printed necessary scripts for crew. I also worked for a General Services Contractor supplying stage sets and working closely with designers, draftsman and production managers as well as being the point person for client needs, onsite elements and the "catch all" to quickly address any issues. I have experience working on small and large scale events as well as international events.
I pride myself with having excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as strong verbal and written skills, and being a skilled communicator. I handle pressure well and interact appropriately and effectively with co-workers. I am looking to learn as much as about this industry while gaining as much experience as possible!
