I am an editor with great technical experience. My goal on every project is to give the most compelling story possible, taking the creative approach and staying extremely organized in the process.
The bulk of my experience comes from Transition Productions -- a small, yet esteemed production company with offices in NYC and LA. They took me under their wing, where I gained a great deal of experience as their junior editor.
While helping their amazing senior editor develop story and create graphics and organizing/grouping all of our footage, I additionally took on the role of technical manager. This includes everything from managing the Avid Unity to setting up computers and network printers, among many other daily technical requirements.
Everyday Transition pushed me to learn something new, either in the edit bay, learning to build a website, on set lighting, camera operating or just simply installing new components in the office. Never did I fail in terms of what needed to get accomplished.
I recently moved from NYC to Miami for my wife's job, where I worked with 2C Media on the Travel Channel's "Airport 24/ - Miami International".
Currently I am editing from home for a couple of clients' pitch reels.
Look at the after math of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast and shows how the surf community in New York and New Jersey rally together for the greater good.
