In my current position as a Marketing Associate, at Harbor Health Services, Inc., I am focusing a lot of my time and effort on business development for health services to the local communities that surround our health centers along with medium-large businesses who require certain occupational health requirements of their current/future employees. I accomplish these goals using a variety of marketing platforms such as creating traditional marketing collaterals, updating & maintaining our website content, launching our social media presence, along with presentations to c-level managers at local hospitals and community organizations. I am involved in the entire development process of designing both our collateral materials and e-marketing concepts from selecting our vendors, idea conception, to final edits and approval. Once these print and digital materials are created I also monitor our campaigns to measure the ROI on each initiative. Whether it be running reports through Salesforce.com, monitoring our open rates and click thought percentages on Constant Contact, or running reports to find out how new patients hear about us, I am constantly evaluating what campaigns are working and which ones may need to be adjusted or abandoned all together. One of my biggest initiatives is working on our organization's branding as a whole. I achieve this by ensuring all of our communications internally and externally share the same message and fulfill our organizations mission statement and core values.
